Shipping and Returns

Countries we ship to

For shipping outside brazil, we use fedex. Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email.

International delivery, currency, taxes & duty

All product prices indicated, and payments made on the us online store site are in usd currency. 

Taxes and duties will be payable upon your order arriving in your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of taxes and duties your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. This payment is the responsibility of the customer. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Processing and delivery times

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail on the address you signed up with. If you do not receive this confirmation e-mail, please send an e-mail to getintouch@waiwairio.com.br

all the orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours after being placed. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders made in these days will be processed on the next business day.

If you require any changes to your order, like request discounts not applied at checkout, this is only possible within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us.

As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an e-mail with the fedex tracking number, so you can follow your parcel and see its location in real time.

The transit times are based on fedex schedule and services, so eventual delays due to bad weather conditions and other factors out of our control may occur. However, we strive to deliver your order on the right timing. Shipping options

We offer the following shipping options (price varies depending on your location and the amount of products you purchased): 

Fedex economy: delivery in 5-9 business days after shipped to u.s.

                          delivery in 7-12 business days after shipped to europe

                          delivery in 8-15 business days after shipped to asia and africa

• Return postage costs are not refundable and we do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned.

 

Return and exchange

International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Waiwai Rio is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
